Millions of people have blogs and that number is growing everyday. Blogs can be used in a variety of different ways such as sharing news or connecting with friends. As we’ve discussed in the past, having a blog for your business is a great way to build relationships with your customers. But blogs can also help you discover what your customers really think about your product or company.
Many companies today, both large and small, use specialized blog search engines to read what their customers are saying about them. Last year when Microsoft had just released their Google Maps competitor known as Virtual Earth, I made a post on my personal blog about it discussing what I liked and what I didn’t like.
