Earthquake Testing

Sun Microsystems is known for robust Unix hardware and the Java programming language. When Sun wanted to know how their equipment would respond in an earthquake, a university test facility gave them the answer.

Sun ran the earthquake tests at the University of California, San Diego. This 4-minute video describes the results.
